Software Engineer
Manoj Rathnapriya
Manoj develop both backend and frontend systems.
His responsibilities include d implementing APIs, building user interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration between services.
Manoj previously worked as an Engineer – Technology at Evonsys, where he contributed to projects using Java and Pega.
In 2024, he participated in Google Summer of Code with OpenMRS Inc., working on the OpenMRS Patient Flags module. During this time, he focused on enhancing the module’s performance.
Apart from work , Manoj is interest in boxing and cricket.
Full Stack Engineer
Nathan De Lima
Nathan serves as a Full Stack Engineer at MB Tech.
On backend development while supporting the overall application architecture. His technical expertise helps deliver reliable software solutions for the company.
Before MB Tech, Nathan worked 4 years as a Software Engineer within the hospitality sector, where he built applications utilizing Python, .NET, and Node.js frameworks.
He earned his Master’s degree in Big Data Analytics, providing him with advanced skills in handling and interpreting complex datasets.
In his free time, Nathan enjoys playing video games and going out with friends.
Intern - Software Engineer
Nethupama Shavinda
Nethupama is a Software Engineering Intern at MB Tech, where he focuses on full stack development.
His contributions enhance team productivity by supporting full stack development, debugging, and streamlining routine tasks.
An Undergraduate at University Of Moratuwa, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology.
Outside of work, Nethupama enjoys travelling and music.
Software Engineer
Nipuna Theekshana
Nipuna is a Software Engineer at Coverage X, where he develops web applications with expertise in Nuxt, Vue, PHP, and modern frontend technologies.
Previously, he led development teams at MISL Solutions where he created SeafoodPro ERP, served as a Full Stack Developer at Rapidventure working on the Reococo ERP system, and developed e-commerce platforms for MaheeFoods and Sidadiya.lk.
He holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Software Engineering second upper class from London Metropolitan University and an HND in Computing from ESOFT Metro Campus.
Outside of work, Nipuna enjoys working out and traveling.
Software Engineer
Pahan Chathuranga
Pahan is a Software Engineer at MB Tech, where he works on a range of projects using different technologies. He is involved in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that help meet business goals.
His passion for problem-solving and learning new tools helps him contribute effectively across the team.
He holds a B.Eng (Hons) degree from the University of Westminster.
Outside of work, Pahan enjoys reading, writing, exploring tech trends, and playing board games.
UI/UX Engineer
Pasindu De Silva
Pasindu collaborates closely with the development team to create responsive, user-centric web application interfaces.
With over 8+ years of professional experience in both front-end coding and designing, holds a prestige Award at Union Assurance PLC 2018, affiliated with John Keels Holdings. Notably, he also was recognized as the first-place winner in the all-island graphical interface championship in 2016 under John Keels Holdings.
Holding 2 National Vocational Qualifications in Graphic and Software, including a Diploma in Information Technology from Pearson, he also in-reading a postgraduate degree from Tianjin Polytechnic University in Tianjin, China. In total, he has over 100+ website designs and development projects under his work, spanning challenging domains.
Outside of work, Pasindu dedicates time to hiking and exploring novel destinations.
