Gishan is a Senior software engineer at MB Tech, where he works on dev OPs. His contributions enhance process of CI/CD of all the projects of the company.

Previously, he worked as a full stack developer in Third Space Global, where he build the HR management system for the company.

He holds a BE in Electronics & Communication & MTech in Computer & Information Science, with a specialization in data science.

Apart from office work, he likes to play cricket and watch movies.

Gopinath is a Software Engineer at MB Tech, where he contributes to the development of the company’s CRM platform using PHP, while also supporting projects built on Spring Boot. He is responsible for both backend and frontend development, feature implementation, and ensuring high-quality code delivery across systems.

Previously, he worked as a Software Engineer at Organia Innovations Lab, where he was involved in mobile app and backend development, delivering scalable web applications.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology.

Outside of work, Gopinath enjoys playing cricket and cycling.

Heshadee is a Data and Business Analyst at MB Tech, specializing in technical documentation, data gathering, requirements analysis, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.

In her previous role, she conducted financial feasibility studies, built pricing models, and automated reporting processes. She streamlined CRM workflows, integrated business intelligence tools, and created data visualizations using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to support data-driven decisions.

She holds a BSc. (Hons) in Data Science and Business Analytics with a specialization in data science and has earned certifications in Microsoft Fabric, Apache Spark, AWS, Power BI, and AI-driven analytics.

Outside of work, Heshadee enjoys baking and exploring new recipes.

Kumal is a versatile Software Engineering Intern at MB Tech, where he focuses on WordPress development while also contributing to Android mobile applications and full-stack web development. He collaborates with the engineering team to deliver responsive, user-focused digital experiences across various platforms.

In addition to his current role, Kumal has worked on a diverse portfolio of academic and freelance projects, including e-commerce websites, cross-platform mobile apps, desktop software, and IoT-based systems. He is also the co-founder of The Qexle, a startup committed to creating innovative digital products.

Kumal is currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering at the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM).

Outside of work, he enjoys photography, playing esports, and exploring emerging trends in technology and user experience.

Madhushika supports the development of software solutions as part of the Engineering team.

Her responsibilities include contributing to web application development and assisting senior developers in various technical tasks. She is eager to continue building her skills and exploring best practices in software development.

Previously, Madhushika completed an internship at Scienter Technologies (Pte) Ltd., where she was involved in mobile app development projects and gained hands-on experience in full-cycle application development.
